We Made the Inc. 5000 List, and This Win Belongs to Every Entreprenista

August 12, 2025

We have big news to share! Entreprenista has been named to the 2025 Inc. 5000 list, recognized as one of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States.

This honor is more than just a milestone for our business. It is a celebration of the incredible power of our community. Every step of our growth is a reflection of the founders who come together inside the Entreprenista League to learn, collaborate, and grow together. As I share every single day, there is enough business opportunity for everyone when we connect and share winning strategies. Entreprenista and our entire community is proof.

So why do winning awards like the Inc. 5000 matter for a business owner?

When we started our first business, Socialfly, over a decade ago, we were honored to be recognized on the Inc. 5000 list in 2018 and 2019. At the time, it felt like such an incredible milestone. We had bootstrapped our agency and learned how to grow and scale a marketing business in the early days of social media.

Our rapid growth was possible because we surrounded ourselves with community, mentors, coaches, and unwavering support. We were always investing in ourselves and our business. When we created Entreprenista, our goal was to help founders achieve the same kind of success, but at scale and with even more resources.

Winning awards and experiencing the impact they had on our own business inspired us to launch the Entreprenista 100 Awards, so we could celebrate and amplify the achievements of even more founders who may not have hit that $2 million milestone, but deserved to be celebrated and experience the business benefits of winning awards.

Inc. Magazine highlights private companies that are creating jobs, driving innovation, and showing consistent revenue growth. To qualify, a company must:

  • Be founder-led, privately held, and independent
  • Earn at least 2 million dollars in annual revenue
  • Show verified growth over three years

Only a tiny fraction of U.S. businesses meet these standards, so making the list is a powerful validation of the value we create for founders.

How Our Community Fueled the Growth

We started Entreprenista as a podcast back in 2018.  After founders begane to reach out to us every week to share advice and help them grow, we knew we needed to create platform not only to amplify these founders stories, but provide a resource to all of the women who needed help and support. But what happened was our listeners were business owners who wanted more than inspiration; they shared they needed the tools, visibility, and a network they could trust. So we listened, and created exactly what they asked for… the Entreprenista League, the most supportive membership community designed to give founders access to everything founders need at all stages of business

  • Curated business education and networking
  • Access to funding and grant resources
  • In- person meetups and retreats
  • Press, visibility  and partnership opportunities
  • A network of collaborators and business champions

Today the Entreprenista League is home to over 2,500 ambitious founders. Our content reaches millions of women each month, and member wins keep multiplying: funding rounds closed, partnerships formed, press features landed, and teams expanded.

So how did we grow so quickly? And more importantly, what can you take from our rapid growth to apply to your own business today?

We listened to our community and built exactly what they needed.
Member referrals are one of our biggest growth drivers. Our members recommend the Entreprenista League to fellow founders because they see real results in both revenue and visibility. We created a simple, seamless referral program so members can easily share the opportunity to join.

Our community thrives on collaboration over competition. Members partner on co-branded products, events, and content, creating opportunities that lead to meaningful business results.

We believe in continuous listening. Through surveys and one-on-one conversations, we uncover the exact challenges our members face and then design programs to solve them.

We also know that visibility equals profitability. It’s nearly impossible to grow a business without being seen. That’s why we’ve invested in expanding our podcast, newsletter, our Entreprenista 100 Awards program and social channels to spotlight our members’ stories. When we amplify our community, we help grow both their visibility and their bottom line.

These intentional actions created the momentum that earned us a place on the Inc. 5000 list. And you can apply these same strategies to fuel growth in your own business.

The recognition is a milestone, not a finish line. Our work to support founders is just getting started. We’re continuing to expand resources that help our community grow, connect, and thrive. From more Entreprenista Grant opportunities to new visibility programs that spotlight our members, every initiative is designed to drive real results.

This year, you can expect even more impactful experiences—like Founders Weekend, where relationships turn into partnerships, and our CPG Retail Ready Power Group, which is helping product-based founders get their brands on shelves faster. We’re also deepening our educational offerings with targeted sessions on sales, hiring, legal, and finance, both in person and online, so every founder can get the support they need no matter where they are.

We’ve built this momentum together, and we’re only getting started.

Most of all, we will stay focused on the core idea that built Entreprenista: founders should not build and grow a business alone.

If you are a founder who wants clarity, tools, and a community that celebrates your wins, this is your invitation to join us inside the Entreprenista League so we can build and grow together. You will find mentors, funding pathways, and collaborators who believe in building together.

Thank you to every member, partner, and supporter. This achievement belongs to all of us.
