The Founder Who Did Not Plan to Be One
Talie did not imagine entrepreneurship as her path.
"No, not at all," she says. "I never imagined I would be, to be honest. My dad was, and I always saw how hard it was. I always wanted to work for the big brands."
Then a deeper journey shifted the picture.
"After my deep soul-searching journey, I realized that I wanted to follow my passions, do things differently, do it uniquely and my way, not what everyone else was doing."
She adds, with a smile, "I actually just recently learned that I have been an entrepreneur in many past lives, so I guess I was destined to be one."
The Years Inside the Big Brands
Before launching With Heart, Talie spent more than 15 years in marketing leading work across digital marketing, social media, integrated marketing campaigns, partnerships, and brand strategy. The companies span entertainment, hospitality, and consumer goods. Disney. MTV. Princess Cruises. Jada Toys.
This diversity of categories is a structural advantage when the next chapter is consulting. Health and wellness brands often need a marketer who can see beyond category conventions and bring patterns from adjacent industries. Talie can.
The Loss That Pulled the Practice Forward
"After losing my parents in 2022 and 2024, I went through a deep period of reflection, spiritual growth, and self-discovery," Talie says. "That journey helped me reconnect with my heart, my purpose, and who I truly am at my core. It changed the way I see the world, the way I live my life, and the way I approach business."
During that time, she also realized how much she missed the work.
"How much I missed working and using the strategic and creative part of my brain."
The combination, deep personal clarity plus a renewed appetite for the craft, became the foundation for With Heart.

The Accomplishment That Means the Most
When asked what she is most proud of, Talie does not point to a metric.
"Actually doing it. Starting a business. Becoming an entrepreneur. Building it. Sticking with it even though it's been a challenge. Staying optimistic throughout the journey."
For a founder still in the early stretch, that answer is more telling than a revenue number. The decision to keep going, in the face of a marketing channel that is not yet producing the way she hoped, is the work that determines whether the practice exists in three years.
The Mamaprenista Discipline
Talie has two children, a 10-year-old son and an 8-year-old daughter.
"My kids and my family are my priority," she says. "I am hyper-focused on work when they are at school, and then it's about them. Sometimes I get a chance to do work later on while I am waiting for them at their sports or activities, but I know when it's time to shut it off and give them my full attention."
She is honest that the discipline did not come naturally.
"Now, I will be honest, at first it wasn't like this, but I have been prioritizing really being present and connecting with them, so it has become easier to separate things."
How She Protects Against Burnout
"I make sure I get my exercise in. I take naps in the middle of the day if I need to. I listen to my body."
"I am a mom, and I only have limited hours during the day to get work done, so I get my workouts in first thing. Once they are off to school, I am usually hyper-focused until they are home. Then it's all about them."
What's Next for With Heart Marketing
The next chapter is focus and thought leadership.
"I am looking to connect with more founders in the health and wellness space and support their marketing needs with my unique heart-centered brand marketing approach," Talie says. "I expect growth to follow now that I have found my footing in the health and wellness space."
"I expect to becoming even more of a thought leader in heart-centered brand marketing."
