Please share a brief introduction about yourself and your business

From working 5 jobs in 7 years to building a multi-million dollar empire, Sailynn Doyle knows firsthand the cost of hustle culture. After purchasing a senior home care franchise in 2007, she quickly scaled to seven figures but found herself trapped in 80-hour workweeks. Refusing to accept burnout as the price of success, Sailynn developed The Legacy Business System - a revolutionary approach that allowed her to triple business revenue and quadruple her personal income while working just 16 hours per week.

Who are your customers?

Women Entrepreneurs or Small Business Owners

On average they have been in business 3-5 years

And their revenue is around 6-figures

They have hustled to achieve success but their revenue is now stuck or declining and they're at max capacity and don't know what else to do it fix it all.

What was your background prior to starting your own business?

I started my career in non-profits doing event planning and marketing.

What made you take the leap to start your own business?

It was fate!  It all started on a Sunday in August 2006 on my boyfriends boat. The girl next to me asked "What do you want to do?" and for some reason I answered "Start my own business!" (I think she meant for dinner & drinks later lol) However on Monday I walked into the office and there was a spam email that said "Have you ever thought of starting your own business?"  And the rest is history... I went on a journey with a franchise consultant to figure out what type of business I wanted and purchased a territory on the last day of the year in 2006!

Did you always know you wanted to be an entrepreneur?

No but I did sell bottlecaps and minnows as a kid to keep myself entertained!  What I really wanted as an adult was time & money freedom. I saw my boyfriend have that in his family business, so it sparked my entrepreneurial journey.

Take us back to when you first launched your business; what was your marketing strategy to get the word out and did it go as planned?

Having purchased a franchise, during training week they advised us to make 40 visits a week to referral source in our community. They came out to check on me 90 days in and asked how many visits I was making weekly. I meekly replied about 20, and I will never forget the franchise coach saying to me "Do you want to be broke?"  Of course I said No. And she replied with "Then do the 40 visits a week!"  After that I prioritized marketing in my day and went on to hit the million-dollar revenue level in just 3 years.

What is the biggest challenge you have encountered along the way so far and what have you learned from it?

I had to learn to take the fundamental lessons of what my franchisor and coaches are teaching and make it my own. This has allowed me to build a business that is not only successful but I also love!

What accomplishment are the most proud of to date in your business?

Having generated over $17 million in sales and achieving her goal of retiring before age 40, Sailynn now mentors ambitious women entrepreneurs who are done sacrificing their lives for their businesses. Through her signature 90-day blueprint, she helps women transform from burned out to balanced without compromising their success or income. Her proven system combines strategic business operations with lifestyle design, enabling women to build thriving businesses that support their desired lifestyle instead of consuming it.

Today, from her home in sunny South Florida, Sailynn is living proof that you can have it all - a profitable business, precious time with loved ones, and peace of mind - without working yourself to exhaustion.

Do you have any recent wins from the last year that you'd like to celebrate with our community?

I am someone who likes to celebrate all wins because that is HUGE for women in business! I set a goal to speak to 1 women's group/month in 2025 and as of April, I have already delivered 11 presentations!

What's next for your business? What can we expect to see over the next few years?

SCALING!  My business has a really solid foundation right now and so the next plan is to scale to $1M/month by Oct 2028!

What is your top productivity tip?

Say NO to everything that does not align with your personal vision

On the flip side, how do you avoid burnout?

I reassess everything every 90 days and use my 3D Evaluation Framework to determine what to Double Down on, what to Further Develop and what to Ditch altogether!  It keeps me focused on Income Producing Activities.

What is your approach to work-life balance / integration?

I truly believe work life balance is possible with the caveat that it will never be exactly 50-50. There will be times that it will swing both ways but as long as you are aware and have a plan to get it back as close to balanced as possible, then you are on the right track.

What is one thing you wish you had known when you started your Entreprenista journey?

How robust the community resources are!  Wow am I impressed!

Tell me why you want to work here.

If you've raised capital for your business already, what are some of your best tips or lessons learned?

What is your favorite business tool or solution and why?

Google Suite!  This simple and available to all suite of products can truly run a small business and I think its simplicity is sometimes overlooked.
