Pam Jameson Built Confetti Playbook to Ease Celebration Overwhelm

The brand strategist turning the invisible labor of holidays into a repeatable system.

July 23, 2026

A typical family recognizes more than 40 holidays, events, and celebrations in a single year. Pam Jameson did not register that number until she had children of her own and felt the mental load settle squarely on her shoulders. The invisible labor behind all that celebrating became the problem she set out to solve.

Pam Jameson is the founder of Confetti Playbook and the creator of the Confetti Playbook Method, a systems-based approach that helps women navigate the demands of events and holidays with greater ease. She spent her career in brand marketing and advertising, developing campaign strategies for national consumer brands, and most recently advised women founders as a brand story consultant. A member of the Entreprenista League, Pam recently joined the Entreprenista Expert Council.

"I shifted from a task-based approach to a strategic one, so women feel more energized and present in their celebrations."

Here is how a career in brand strategy met the realities of family life and became a method other women could use.

From national campaigns to the family calendar

Pam built her career developing integrated campaigns for national consumer brands. What she didn't anticipate was how much the strategist’s mindset would matter at home.

Once she had kids, the sheer volume of birthdays, holidays, and milestones made the mental load impossible to ignore. She blended her industry experience with her lived experience and shifted from reacting to tasks to planning with intention.

The Confetti Playbook Method

The result is the Confetti Playbook Method, a systems-based approach that helps women plan celebrations around their values rather than the pressure to do more. The goal is simple: spend less time on the season and more time in it, with energy left for connection and presence.

The podcast she did not plan

Launching her podcast, Confetti Roadmap, stands out as an accomplishment Pam is especially proud of. It was never part of the original vision for the company.

Then the messages started coming in. Listeners told her the show had helped and inspired them to do things differently, and the podcast became its own kind of proof.

Building in community

Pam’s most recent win is joining the Entreprenista Expert Council, and she's looking forward to being in community with a group of women founders and thought leaders. Her advice to other founders reflects the way she works: stay curious across your industry and far outside it, because inspiration turns up in the most unlikely places.

What’s next

For Fall 2026, Pam is releasing a new collection that expands the Confetti Playbook Method to help women navigate one of the busiest celebration seasons of the year.

You can connect with Pam on LinkedIn, explore the Confetti Playbook Method at Confetti Playbook, and listen to Confetti Roadmap wherever you get your podcasts.
