Meet Bianchor Bolden, Founder of Beyond Da’Core™ Relationship Wellness
December 22, 2025
Please share a brief introduction and your business:
I’m Bianchor Bolden, a wife, mom of three, active-duty Navy veteran, and the founder of Beyond Da’Core™ a relationship wellness brand created from real-life experience. When my husband was deployed for 11 months, we had to learn how to stay connected with intentionality, not convenience. That journey ignited my passion to help couples communicate deeper, love stronger, and build relationships that last.
Beyond Da’Core™ creates tools that strengthen love, starting with our “Dating with Intentionality” card decks designed for both couples dating toward marriage and already married couples who want to keep growing. I’m also pursuing my Master’s in Marriage & Family Therapy because I believe every couple deserves to thrive with the right support. My mission is simple: help love win.
Did you always know you wanted to be an entrepreneur?
Yes — entrepreneurship has always been a part of me. Back in high school in Jamaica, I was the kid buying and selling snacks to classmates, always finding creative ways to provide value and earn. I tried different business ideas over the years, but none felt like my true purpose. It wasn’t until Beyond Da’Core™ that everything clicked. Helping couples build strong, intentional relationships isn’t just a business — it’s my calling.
Take us back to when you launched? What was your marketing strategy?
When I first launched, my entire marketing strategy relied on social media and I’ll be honest, I was uncomfortable with it. I wasn’t used to showing my face or telling my story publicly, so my presence online didn’t feel natural or consistent. The plan didn’t unfold the way I hoped because I was still overcoming fear, visibility, and confidence. But that experience taught me something valuable: people connect with people. Now I’m leaning fully into authenticity, storytelling, and helping couples see the heart behind the brand, not just the product.
What accomplishments are you the most proud of to date in your business?
I’m most proud of the impact Beyond Da’Core™ has already made in the lives of couples. Reading reviews from people who are communicating better, feeling closer, and growing stronger because of our tools, that’s exactly what I envisioned when I started. Seeing real transformation and knowing love is winning in homes because of something I created is the greatest accomplishment so far.
What is one thing you wish you had known when you started your Entreprenista journey?
I wish I had known that visibility is part of the assignment. For a long time, I hid behind my product because I didn’t think people needed to see me. But the truth is, your story is your brand. People connect with a human heart, not a logo. If I had embraced that sooner, I would’ve grown faster and with more confidence. Now I lead with who I am, not just what I sell.
When hiring, what is your go-to interview question?
My go-to interview question is: “What drives you — and how do your values show up in the way you work?”
It helps me understand their priorities, their work ethic, and whether they’re aligned with the heart and mission of our brand — serving couples with excellence, integrity, and compassion.
Hiring Tip: Skills can be trained, but values can’t. I look for people who genuinely believe in strengthening relationships and who are committed to showing up with purpose every day. When the mission matters to the team, the impact multiplies.
What did you go before starting your own business?
Before launching Beyond Da’Core™, I built my career in the United States Navy, where I’ve proudly served since 2017. As a Logistics Specialist First Class, I’ve managed millions in critical assets, led teams, and ensured missions were supported with precision and readiness. Military life has taught me discipline, adaptability, and the importance of strong relationships, both at home and within the team. Those experiences directly shaped my passion for helping couples stay connected through life’s toughest seasons, including deployment.
What made you take the leap to start your own business?
I took the leap because deployment exposed what really matters in a relationship: intentional communication. When my then-boyfriend deployed, we had to ask real questions — about values, future plans, and the kind of life we wanted to build. Those conversations became the foundation of our marriage. When he returned and proposed, I realized how many couples aren’t asking what truly matters until it’s too late. I started Beyond Da’Core™ to give others the same chance, to date and love with purpose from the very beginning.
Do you have any recent wins?
Yes! One of the biggest wins this past year has been the launch of our nonprofit arm, Beyond Da'Core Hearts of Service Inc. This was created to support military couples who endure the strain of distance, deployments, and constant transition. We’ve built partnerships, expanded our mission, and started preparing to place relationship-building resources directly into the hands of service members and their families. Seeing this vision take shape from an idea rooted in my own experience to an organization ready to make real impact, has been one of my proudest achievements.
Who are your customers?
Our customers are couples who refuse to settle for surface-level love such as married partners committed to growing together and dating couples who are intentional about building a future. We also support military couples navigating distance and transition, giving them tools to stay emotionally connected no matter the miles between them. Beyond Da’Core™ serves people who believe love is worth the work and want practical help to strengthen it every day.
What's your top productivity tip?
My top productivity tip is to seek God in every decision and make Him your business partner. I’ve learned that clarity, strategy, and favor flow when I align my plans with His direction. I start each day asking, “Lord, what do You want to build through me today?” When purpose leads, productivity follows.
What's your favorite business tool?
Two tools I love are CapCut and Canva. CapCut allows me to create impactful video content quickly and professionally — which is essential for connecting with my audience. Canva gives me the freedom to design branded assets with ease, helping me stay consistent and creative without needing a full design team. Both tools help me communicate my mission visually and reach the couples who need our products most.
What's your approach to work-life balance?
My approach to work-life balance is rooted in priorities: God first, my family second, and everything else follows. There will always be seasons that require sacrifice, but my home will never be the sacrifice. I make sure my family is supported, loved, and cared for before I pour into the business. When my foundation is strong, everything I build stands stronger.
How do you avoid burn-out?
I avoid burnout by putting God first. Before I touch my business, I start my mornings with Bible study, praise, and worship — it recenters me and reminds me that I’m not building alone. And I honor rest. REST is not a reward — it’s a necessity. Giving myself permission to slow down helps me move at God’s perfect pace, where I can be productive without being overwhelmed.
What advice do you have for aspiring Entreprenistas?
Pace yourself. Success isn’t overnight and what’s meant for you will never miss you. Get a mentor early and learn from people who’ve already walked the road you’re stepping into. Surround yourself with like-minded, purpose-driven individuals who sharpen you, challenge you, and remind you why you started. Entrepreneurship is a mission, not a race. Build with intention and stay faithful to the vision God gave you.
