Ivana Perez of Live Well with Ivy on Wellness for Busy Moms
December 23, 2025
Please share a brief introduction and your business:
I’m Ivana Perez, a wellness entrepreneur, girl mom of two, and the creator behind Live Well with Ivy. I focus on helping women upgrade their daily wellness through high-quality hydration, mineral-rich water, and simple lifestyle habits that actually support the body… especially for busy moms.
I’m based in Miami, and I’m passionate about educating women on how cleaner, more structured water can support energy, digestion, skin health, and overall vitality. I love sharing the “why” behind hydration and helping businesses and families feel better from the inside out.
Did you always know you wanted to be an entrepreneur?
Yes! I always knew I wanted to be an entrepreneur. I’ve always had this pull to create something of my own and to build a life on my terms. For years, I explored different paths, from baking to painting, trying to find what truly lit me up. Eventually, I realized that wellness was the space where everything aligned: my values, my lifestyle, and the future I wanted for my family. Entrepreneurship, for me, has always been about freedom, purpose, and creating something that supports both my growth and my girls’ lives.
Are you a mamaprenista?
Balance. I said it before when answering the work/life balance. My family is my reason for doing this so they are my priority
Take us back to when you launched? What was your marketing strategy?
When I first launched my business about six months ago, my marketing strategy mirrored what many new entrepreneurs do; I focused heavily on Facebook and Instagram to share my story, my products, and the wellness practices I love. Social media gave me visibility, but very quickly I realized that the deeper impact I wanted to make would require something more personal.
I’ve learned that my strength and passion live in connection. So my strategy has shifted toward building genuine relationships, collaborating with like-minded entrepreneurs, and creating experiences and events that allow people to feel the transformation that simple wellness shifts can bring. Growing through community feels more aligned and sustainable for the movement I’m trying to create.
That’s exactly why joining the Entreprenista League excites me so much. Being surrounded by women who are building with purpose allows me to grow my business in a way that’s both organic and deeply intentional and to make the kind of impact I always envisioned.
What accomplishments are you the most proud of to date in your business?
The accomplishment I’m most proud of is the genuine connections I’ve built. Im not at my long-term sales goals yet, but after years in the sales and hospitality industry, I understand that sustainable growth takes time. What matters most to me is that I’m laying a strong foundation, building real relationships, creating trust, and connecting with women who align with my mission. That is what will make this business long-standing and impactful.
What is one thing you wish you had known when you started your Entreprenista journey?
I wish I knew this community existed even sooner!
What did you go before starting your own business?
Before becoming an entrepreneur, I built my career in the hospitality and cruise industry, where I learned how to serve, connect, and create meaningful experiences for others.
What made you take the leap to start your own business?
Over time, I realized I needed a deeper shift in my own life and well-being, which led me toward the wellness space. That personal transformation inspired me to build a business that helps women reclaim their energy, alignment, and freedom through intentional daily practices.
Do you have any recent wins?
This year, I’ve made incredible connections with like-minded women in the wellness space and opened the door to collaborations with businesses looking to elevate their clients’ experience. It’s been a year of aligned relationships, meaningful conversations, and opportunities that expand the impact of my work
What's one app on your phone that you cannot live without?
LinkedIn- this has quickly become such an important app for me to use to keep connected with other like-minded entrepreneurs and potential future partners
Who are your customers?
I support women, families, and businesses who want to elevate their wellness through better-quality water.
This includes:
• Businesses looking to offer high-quality drinking water to clients
• Spas, salons, and wellness centers wanting cleaner, softer shower water
• Clinics, gyms, and studios that want to upgrade their client experience
• Properties, Airbnb hosts, and offices looking for cost-effective, eco-friendly cleaning alternatives
• Anyone ready to improve hydration, reduce harsh chemicals, and bring more wellness into their environment
What's your top productivity tip?
Keep showing up! Go to the conventions and events, grow your network, build relationships
What's your favorite business tool?
My favorite business tool is anything that helps me create clarity and flow — especially tools that streamline communication and help me stay organized while honoring my energy as a projector. For my wellness business, that looks like simple systems: my calendar for intentional time-blocking, shared notes for content ideas, and platforms that help me connect directly with clients and collaborators.
These tools allow me to show up in my best energy — guiding, educating, and building relationships — instead of getting stuck in the noise or burnout. Anything that supports alignment, clarity, and connection is a “yes” for me.
What's your approach to work-life balance?
For me, work-life balance is really about intentional integration. I design my days around what supports my wellbeing first, from my daughters’ routines to my own creative rhythm, and then I build work around that foundation. It keeps me grounded, present, and able to grow without sacrificing myself in the process. When my life is aligned, my work naturally becomes more meaningful and sustainable.
How do you avoid burn-out?
I avoid burnout by honoring my energy instead of fighting it. As a mom and a wellness entrepreneur, I’ve learned that rest isn’t a reward — it’s a strategy. I give myself permission to slow down, create space to think, and come back to center before I make decisions. When I support my body with hydration, sleep, and simple daily rituals, I’m able to show up with clarity and stay aligned with the work that matters most.
What advice do you have for aspiring Entreprenistas?
Follow the pull, not the pressure. Your business will grow the moment you choose alignment over hustle and trust that your lived experiences are your strongest assets.
Start before it feels perfect, be willing to pivot when your inner voice nudges you, and build a brand around the life you want — not the one you’re trying to escape.
Most importantly: take care of your energy first. When you feel well, supported, and connected to your purpose, everything you build becomes more sustainable, more impactful, and more you.
