December 22, 2025
Please share a brief introduction and your business:
I am Eva Assogba a Maryland based relationship coach and the founder of My Love Map and creator of the Heart Reset. My work was born from my own journey through heartbreak and healing and now I help women rise above emotional pain rebuild their identity and return to the confident grounded version of themselves God originally designed. Through faith rooted coaching and practical tools I guide women as they heal from the inside out reclaim their worth and align with a future that reflects wholeness and purpose. My Love Map exists to remind women that heartbreak is not the end of their story and that healing is the doorway back to clarity confidence and God aligned love.
Did you always know you wanted to be an entrepreneur?
Not at all. Where I come from, you study, graduate and work until you retire.
Are you a mamaprenista?
Yes I am a Mamaprenista and the best advice I can give is this. Give yourself permission to build your business in the same rhythm you build your family with grace flexibility and God’s timing at the center. Motherhood taught me that productivity is not always loud sometimes it is happening in the quiet moments after bedtime or in the pockets of the day where God gives strength.
I learned to release the pressure to do everything at once and instead focus on what actually moves the mission forward. Plan but stay flexible. Protect your peace. And remember your child is watching you model resilience purpose and faith. Some days you will lead your business with fire. Some days you will lead your family with your full heart. Both matter. Both are ministry. And neither disqualifies you from being excellent at the other
Take us back to when you launched? What was your marketing strategy?
I relied on ads, and believe it or not, on friends and family. It did not go as planned. I rudely awakened by reality
What accomplishments are you the most proud of to date in your business?
I am most proud my growth. Passivity would get me in front of my customers. I need a sound strategy
What is one thing you wish you had known when you started your Entreprenista journey?
One thing I wish I had known when I started my Entreprenista journey is that growth does not always look glamorous. Sometimes it looks like healing first. Sometimes it looks like unlearning old patterns believing in your voice again and giving yourself grace when the numbers don’t match your effort yet. I thought building a business was all strategy but I quickly learned it is also identity work.
I wish I had known that slow seasons are not failure they are formation. That God is just as present in the planning stage as He is in the breakthroughs. And that the woman I am becoming has just as much value as the business I am building.
What did you go before starting your own business?
I am a Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner
What made you take the leap to start your own business?
I started my business because God used my own season of heartbreak to show me just how many women were silently struggling the same way I was. I knew what it felt like to lose myself in love and then have to rebuild from the inside out. As I healed I felt a clear pull to create a space where women could rise above their pain reclaim their identity and rediscover the version of themselves they thought heartbreak erased. My leap into entrepreneurship wasn’t just a career move it was a calling. I wanted to turn what tried to break me into a purpose that helps other women walk into the wholeness and future God designed for them.

What's your favorite business tool?
My favorite business tool right now is GoHighLevel because it keeps everything in one place. It helps me streamline my funnels deliver my quizzes nurture my email list and stay organized with my clients. As a Mamaprenista and a coach with a growing brand having one system that automates the moving pieces gives me back time energy and peace. It allows me to focus on what actually matters serving women well instead of juggling ten different platforms.
How do you avoid burn-out?
Outsourcing some tasks to a virtual assistant
What advice do you have for aspiring Entreprenistas?
My advice for aspiring Entreprenistas is this. Do not wait to feel ready before you start. Clarity comes from movement not perfection. God will meet you as you build but He cannot multiply what you are too afraid to begin. Start small start messy start prayerfully but start.
Surround yourself with women who stretch you not ones who shrink you. Invest in your growth. Protect your identity. And remember your business is not just a brand it is an assignment. When you build from purpose instead of pressure you create impact that outlives you.
