How Chelli of Scarlet Rose West is Redefining Success for Women Entrepreneurs Through Alignment and Sacred Strategy
August 6, 2025
Please share a brief introduction about yourself and your business
I’m Chelli, the founder of Scarlet Rose West and the heart behind Creative Business Studio, where I serve as the Business Manager and Right-Hand Woman for female founders and visionary CEOs.
My work was born from personal and professional transformation. After years of hustling through burnout, draining my energy, and disconnecting from my essence, I chose a different path—one rooted in alignment, feminine leadership, and sacred structure. I walked away from burnout and designed my business around my values and lifestyle. Now, I support female founders and visionary CEOs—without sacrificing their peace, joy, or personal freedom. We blend full-service strategy + implementation so our clients can step back into the work they actually love and enjoy what matters most. At Scarlet Rose West, we believe success isn’t built through force. It’s built through flow, clarity, and sacred support—and that’s exactly what we provide.
Who are your customers?
Our clients are female founders & CEOs, coaches & consultants & course creators, creative agency owners & online business owners & shops, transformative thought leaders & entrepreneurs, lifestyle brands and inspiring creators. While their businesses are growing, they’re often overwhelmed and stressed — craving graceful growth, strategic support, and a devoted right-hand partner so they can focus on what they love most.
They’re not just looking for help — they’re looking for a trusted right-hand woman and long-term partner who deeply understands their vision, honors their values, and can hold the structure of their business with care, strategy, and devotion.
What was your background prior to starting your own business?
Before founding Scarlet Rose West and opening Creative Business Studio, I spent over a decade working at the intersection of business management, digital marketing, technology, beauty, fashion, lifestyle and wellness.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with multi-million dollar brands — managing projects, growing teams, launching products, optimizing systems, and executing high-converting marketing strategies. My work has always centered around creating clarity, structure, and sacred scalability, even in fast-paced or emotionally charged industries.
This diverse background gave me a unique ability to blend strategic thinking with intuitive design, especially when female founders and transformative leaders. It taught me how to hold both the big vision and the tiny details — and inspired me to create a business that supports others in doing the same, with more grace and less grind.
What made you take the leap to start your own business?
The moment that changed everything was surprisingly simple — I was at lunch with friends when one of them asked, “Can you help me do this in my business?” The nature of the request lit me up, so I said yes. At the time, I didn’t realize that moment would spark an entirely new path. But it was so natural — I had the experience, the skills, and more than that, the deep desire to support. I loved helping them strategize, organize, and bring their vision to life. I realized that what came easily to me — turning big ideas into beautifully executed realities — was exactly what so many founders needed. From that point on, I followed the calling. And that’s how my business was born: from a simple “yes,” a shared meal, and the realization that I was meant to support visionaries in building something extraordinary.
Did you always know you wanted to be an entrepreneur?
I didn’t always know I wanted to be an entrepreneur — in many ways, it chose me. On the path of status quo, I excelled behind the scenes in business management, marketing, special projects and growing teams. But deep down, there was always a quiet knowing that I was meant to create something of my own — something more soulful, spacious, and aligned. Entrepreneurship found me in the most natural way: through service and answering the call to support others in their purpose and evolved into a business rooted in devotion, strategy, and feminine leadership.
I didn’t set out to be a founder. I simply followed the pull of alignment — and it led me here.
Take us back to when you first launched your business; what was your marketing strategy to get the word out and did it go as planned?
When I first launched my business, there wasn’t a big campaign or complex funnel — it began with one aligned “yes,” and then another. My marketing strategy was rooted in service and connection. I focused on showing up fully for the clients I supported, and from there, the word simply began to spread. People shared their experiences. They told others, “You need to work with Chelli — she gets you, she gets your business, and she gets things done.”
The clarity of who I could help and how I could help them continued to grow with each conversation, each project, each transformation. My business unfolded through energetic alignment, sacred referrals, and genuine relationships — and it worked even better than I could have planned.
What is the biggest challenge you have encountered along the way so far and what have you learned from it?
I used to think the only way to succeed was through sacrifice—hustling endlessly, grinding 24/7, overworking myself into burnout, and draining my life force. That’s what conventional advice said I “had to do,” so I believed it.
Until I didn’t. For years, I overworked in corporate survival mode, convinced there was no other way. The hustle was all-consuming. Every corporate workday felt like a battle against my intuition, my energy, and my own well-being. I told myself I was building success, but deep down, I knew something wasn’t right. I was disconnected—from myself, from my creativity, and from the life I truly wanted. The constant cycle of burnout wasn’t just exhausting—it was stealing the joy and purpose from the work I loved. And the scariest part? I thought this was the only path.
Then, one day, I asked myself a simple question: What if it didn’t have to be this way? What if success didn’t require me to numb my signals, ignore my inner wisdom, or sacrifice my well-being? What if I could create a business that not only thrived but nourished me in the process? I decided to find out. I walked away from the grind and took a five-year break from social media to test a radical idea: I could design a life and business around my energy, not despite it. I could honor my cycles, align with my intuition, and create systems that felt expansive, not restrictive. It wasn’t easy. The fear of letting go was overwhelming at times. But the more I let myself lean into alignment, the more I saw something profound: it worked.
Today, Scarlet Rose West is the embodiment of that transformation. Through our Creative Business Studio, we help visionaries manage and scale their businesses without sacrificing their energy or alignment. By integrating lifestyle design principles into our business strategies, we ensure that your professional success aligns seamlessly with your personal well-being and aspirations.
I no longer believe in "shoulds" or "musts." Instead, I know that success comes from balance: the masculine structure of focus and action combined with the feminine flow of intuition and receptivity. This sacred union isn’t just a philosophy—it’s a way of life. Scarlet Rose West is here to help you do the same: reclaim your sovereignty, align your work with your essence, and design a business that thrives in harmony. Because you don’t have to sacrifice yourself to succeed. You’re allowed to choose a new path.
What accomplishment are the most proud of to date in your business?
The accomplishment I’m most proud of is the freedom, flexibility, and alignment my clients are able to experience through our partnership.
I’ve supported women in scaling their businesses in ways that allow them to take maternity leave without stress, get their evenings and weekends back, enjoy more time and energy for their families, move from stressed to excited & ready to take on new endeavors, taking vacations without their business imploding, and finally feel the peace of knowing their business is being held with love & care.
Watching them reclaim their time and energy, feel supported, and see their visions come to life — without burning out — is the most meaningful success of all. Helping them create a business that truly supports the life they desire is why I do what I do. That, to me, is the greatest win.
What's next for your business? What can we expect to see over the next few years?
What’s next for Creative Business Studio at Scarlet Rose West is intentional expansion — deepening our impact while staying rooted in the high-touch, sacred service that sets us apart. Our internal specialized team expands to serve more full-service clients, while maintaining the intimacy and customization we’re known for. We’re also exploring strategic partnerships and collaborations that allow us to serve more women building legacy-led brands — and we’ll continue to create structures that not only support our clients’ businesses, but their lifestyles and wellbeing too.
Ultimately, our vision is to become the go-to studio for women who want to scale with full-service strategy + implementation — and to build a business that feels like coming home.
What is your top productivity tip?
My top productivity tip is to honor your energy first, then organize your strategy around it. Instead of forcing yourself into rigid systems that aren’t created specifically for you, start by tuning into your natural cycles — your peak creative hours, your intuitive rhythms, your rest needs — and build your workflow around that. From there, use simple aligned systems to prioritize your core focus per day that moves the needle. Productivity isn’t about doing more — it’s about doing what matters most with clarity, presence, and flow.
On the flip side, how do you avoid burnout?
I avoid burnout by building my business in alignment with my energy, not in resistance to it. That means honoring rest as a strategy, not a reward. I schedule spaciousness into my calendar, design my work around natural rhythms, and give myself permission to slow down when my body or intuition calls for it. I also rely on systems, strategy, support and delegation — I don’t do it all alone, and I don’t believe anyone should have to.
Burnout happens when we betray our boundaries in pursuit of someone else’s version of success. I’ve lived that — and now, I choose sustainability, softness, and structure that supports my joy.
What is your approach to work-life balance / integration?
My approach is rooted in sacred integration — designing a business that supports my life, not the other way around. Instead of striving for a perfect split, I focus on alignment: creating systems, rhythms, and boundaries that allow my work to flow with my life. I prioritize rest, creative expression, and relationships just as much as strategy and execution. Some days are full and focused, others are soft and spacious — both are equally valuable. Ultimately, my goal is to feel whole, nourished, and connected in every season — and to extend that same sense of harmony to the clients I support.
What is one thing you wish you had known when you started your Entreprenista journey?
I wish I had known that ease is allowed — and deeply effective. In the beginning, I thought I had to force myself through overworking, drain, and burnout. I didn’t yet understand that true success is built through alignment, not exhaustion. Once I gave myself permission to build a business around my energy, values, and joy — everything changed. I wish I had known sooner that it’s not only safe to do things differently… It's the key to sustainable success.
What is your favorite business tool or solution and why?
My favorite business tool is Notion. I love how it allows me to connect everything in one place — strategy, operations, client work, and creative vision — all in a way that’s both functional and beautiful. The ability to customize it to reflect the flow and feel of my business makes it more than just a productivity tool — it’s a space that supports clarity, ease, and inspiration. It helps me stay organized without feeling boxed in. And let’s be honest… it’s just gorgeous. A digital workspace that actually feels like home.
What advice do you have for aspiring Entreprenistas?
My advice for aspiring Entreprenistas is this: trust the path of your own becoming. You don’t have to follow a blueprint everyone else does or sacrifice your peace to build something meaningful. The most powerful business you can create is one that honors your energy, your intuition, and your lifestyle. Let alignment and joy be your strategy, not pressure and burnout. Success isn’t about doing it all by yourself — it’s about doing what matters most, in a way that feels like you. And you’re allowed to take up space, evolve, rest, and rise — all at the same time.
