Amy Pierre-Russo is a work-life harmony coach and strategist and the founder of Amy Pierre-Russo Coaching, a practice she leads with the tagline Hustle to Harmony. A path that was never a straight line

Amy’s career path has evolved. In HR, she watched returning parents lose ground, seeing pay gaps widen year over year, and it frustrated her enough to become a certified life and leadership coach. From there, she did a lot of small business coaching, and then she became a mom.

Motherhood made her more intentional than she thought possible. “Every hour I spend working is a choice,” she says. That lived experience is the foundation of the work she does now.

Amy’s process starts with clarity. She helps clients name their short and long-term goals, then select one core priority for the next 12 weeks. A guidebook walks them through deeper reflection across every pillar of their lives. She does get pushback from busy clients who want to skip to the finish line, but she is clear about who she is. “I’m a work-life harmony coach,” she says. She chose the word harmony on purpose, because balance made people feel they were failing whenever life tipped one way. Harmony lets priorities shift with the season.

Keeping the human in an AI world

Amy encourages founders to use AI in ways that support them without overshadowing what they bring to the table. “The more we lean into tech everything,” she says, “the more important it is we have those human elements and touch points.”

She also reframes the time AI frees up. Because everyone has access to the same tools, the real opportunity is to reinvest that time into your competitive edge and into learning the tools well. “How are you reallocating that time to actually strengthen your competitive edge?” she asks.

What community changed
